Patrick O'Connell is a multi-faceted executive with two decades of experience in senior management, sales team building, training and management, marketing and PR initiatives for the promotion and sales of luxury residential properties, relationship management of high-net worth clients, proposal writing, community outreach and public speaking, non-profit management (through a Foundation he co-founded) and participation on multiple non-profit boards. He is the past Chairman of The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Co-Founder of Illuminate Coral Gables, a museum quality, light based, public art exhibition.

And, after ten years of service as an equity partner at KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, Regan Marock decided to test his entrepreneurial spirit and opened a cyber security company.  In 2018, Regan opted to re-enter the management industry and joined AKAM On-Site, Inc, a Property Management firm founded in New York in 1983 with its local Florida office in Dania Beach, FL. Regan maintained his successful track record by being intimately involved with growing the Florida division by over 40% over a two-year period. Regan left the company in November 2022 with the title of Senior Vice President of the SE for AKAM and proudly boasts that he was intimately involved with the closing of over 50% of AKAM’s current Florida portfolio.  With becoming Senior Vice President for the SE in April of 2022, Regan was also made responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the existing portfolio and providing strategy options to the ownership group.

Jim Fried has been a real estate business person since 1980 and has had his own radio show since 2009.

Mr. Fried specializes in capitalizing commercial real estate transactions, unearthing urban land opportunities and is also a private lender.

He has been active in the real estate industry for many years as a financial intermediary, broker and investor. He has experience with many property types including, but not limited to: apartments, condominiums, retail centers, office buildings, industrial parks and health care – with a special focus on memory care.

Jim has closed over $3BB in real estate transactions during his career in markets across the eastern US.

Jim uses his communication skills to inform and entertain on his weekly podcast show – Fried on Business. Of course, the show discusses real estate, but he also tackles issues such as branding, sports business, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, public private partnerships as well as health and wellness.

He is also a mentor to many up and coming people in the real estate industry through his membership on the Board of The University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies.

Mr. Fried is a winner of the Miami-Dade Public School Alumni Achievement Award.
